Ham & Cheese Quiche

This is super easy to make and tastes great! It's the perfect thing to have on a cool fall morning. Enjoy!
Ham & Cheese Quiche
2 red potatoes cubed
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 cup cuber ham(cooked)
1 9 inch pie shell in foil pan(I use the deep dish. Things fit in it better)
1 cup shredded colby & montery jack cheese blend
3 eggs
1 cup milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400. Place potatoes and rosemary in bowl, cook for 2 minutes in microwave. Cover pie shell with ham, potatoes, and cheese. In bowl whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, pour into shell. Bake 35-40 minutes or until eggs set. Cut and enjoy!
